FACE of IT was founded by a team of seasoned IT, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance professionals who recognized a growing need for practical, business-focused security leadership. Collectively, our founding team brings together more than 75 years of combined experience across cybersecurity, information technology, governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, and executive leadership.
Throughout their careers, our founders have led global security programs, managed complex technology environments, guided organizations through regulatory and compliance requirements, and helped businesses navigate an increasingly challenging threat landscape. Their experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, manufacturing, technology, software, distribution, and professional services.
Having served in executive leadership roles, security leadership positions, risk management functions, compliance programs, and large-scale transformation initiatives, our team witnessed firsthand the challenges organizations face in securing their operations while supporting growth and innovation.
